Joining Forces

Cadets from 1113 Sqn joined up with No 3 Company Army Cadet Force and raised an incerdible £4610 for the British Legion Poppy Appeal 2011.

Cadets and staff from both units sold poppies in Berkhamsted High Street on two Saturdays culminating in the annual Remembrance Parade through the town on Sunday 13 November.

PO Whelan of 1113 Sqn said: "We had an excellent turnout of Cadets. It was encouraging to see so many young people give their time to support this worthwhile cause. We would like to thank the British Legion for all their support and the people of Berkhamsted for giving so generously".
